Our history:
The Goodison family has been involved in the insurance industry in Brampton since 1956, when Jack Goodison purchased shares in the McLeod Insurance Agency. In 1961, Jack branched out on his own, selling his shares in McLeod's and starting Jack Goodison Insurance and Financial Services Limited. Since then, Goodison Insurance and Financial Services Limited have expanded by purchasing five brokerages, to become the largest, (single) family owned brokerage in Brampton. One of the purchases was the original McLeod Insurance Agency, which originated in 1937. Our roots are deeply planted in the Brampton community for almost 65 years.

Scott and Brad Goodison continue the tradition of providing good service set down by Jack. This became evident when Goodison Insurance and Financial Services Limited was bestowed the Brampton Guardian's inaugural "Best Insurance Company" award.

In 2003, seeing a need in the Brampton Community for unbiased financial advice Scott and Brad added full Service Financial Planning to the list of services Goodison clients continue to benefit from. Dave Maynard joined the Goodison team and the name was changed to Goodison Insurance and Financial Services Limited. Dave Maynard has been helping people reach their goals through proper management of their financial resources since 1988 and shares the Goodison tradition of providing good service.
